The room was lovely with extremely comfy beds and a kettle, central heating, and multi-channel television etc. Very helpful and nice staff, couldn't ask for more. The location was marvellous - just walking distance from everywhere we wanted to go.

The owners were extremely friendly and accommodating. Prime location near parking, attractions, and the beach. Clean property with comfortable beds. Warm and welcoming manager. Great value for money.

The hotel was a nice comfy base for enjoying a great area, short walk to Blackpool centre and the winter Gardens, coach station and sea front. The location of the property was excellent - within a close distance from a 154m-high tower. We had budget double room with an electric kettle, central heating and TV.

Its location is great, a minute walk from Madame Tussauds Blackpool Wax Museum. The rooms are amazingly comfortable and generally offer a kettle, central heating, and multi-channel television. The bed is extremely comfy, really!

A fantastic little hotel that offers great value for money. Stayed here for a few nights and had a wonderful experience. The amenities were top-notch, and the bed was unbelievably comfortable - even more so than my own bed at home! The staff were incredibly friendly and a true asset to the hospitality industry. The owners should be proud of this gem of a hotel. My boyfriend and I will definitely be returning!

The hotel is in a marvelous location, just a 5-minute walk from Coral Island Amusement Center and approximately 10 minutes' drive from the airport.
